A true entrepreneur at heart, her long-term mindset and remarkable business instincts have helped her become a passionate real estate investor and entrepreneur. At the age of 18, Chantel started her first business – a College Pro Painters franchise, while completing her Economics degree at McMaster University. After successfully growing her business to the largest painting franchise in North America, she moved into corporate Canada and excelled in B2B/B2C Sales and Sales Management, winning numerous awards for her exceptional sales and service.
Chantel's interest in painting and home renovations led her to purchase her first property at the young age of 21. She transformed the basement into a rental apartment and has since continued to grow her property portfolio by renovating and renting out residential properties through long-term and Airbnb rentals.
In 2013, Chantel became a licensed Real Estate Broker and went on acquire a one of the largest online home search engines, Zoocasa, along with a group of investors. At Zoocasa Realty, Chantel helped grow the company in its early days through her leadership as Broker of Record and running the largest team at the brokerage. In 2019, Chantel's team moved to Royal LePage Signature, the biggest real estate office in Canada, in order to take her business to the next level.
When Chantel is not negotiating offers and servicing her clients, she can be found exploring different parks in the city with her husband and kids, travelling as a family, or constantly knee-deep in a renovation (or two) for fun.
